Project advantages:

- Façades: long-lasting klinker brick cladding that blends beautifully with the surrounding nature, combined with concrete wood-imitation panels
- Walls: monolithic (cast-in-place concrete) basement; 1st and 2nd floors in Arko silicate blocks; insulated with Neopor (EPS) and 200 mm extruded polystyrene (XPS)
- Partitions: Arko silicate. Additional, exceptionally sound-insulating solutions in the shared wall between houses — the party wall is built of 240 mm Arko blocks, and from the interior side a Knauf acoustic double-drywall assembly is installed: a Knauf frame with a 50 mm stone wool layer, clad with two 24 mm Knauf Blue acoustic gypsum board layers
